Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Crownmark Store operates a commerce platform that lets independent Cambodian sellers present physical products, accept customer orders and manage fulfilment. Crownmark Store may facilitate checkout, payment confirmation, order records and seller settlement.

The seller identified on a storefront is responsible for the goods it lists and supplies. Crownmark Store remains responsible for the platform services it provides and for obligations that applicable law places directly on Crownmark Store.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. Seller account holders must provide accurate, current information, keep account credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access.

A seller must have the rights, registrations, licences and permissions required to operate its business and sell each listed product. We may request reasonable verification before enabling publication, payment collection or settlement.

3. Seller listings and responsibilities

Sellers must describe products, prices, availability, choices, delivery charges and material restrictions accurately and clearly. Sellers must not publish counterfeit, unlawful, unsafe, infringing or misleading products or content.

Sellers are responsible for product quality, lawful labelling, warranties, dispatch, delivery coordination, customer support, returns and remedies required by law or promised in the listing. Sellers must promptly correct inaccurate information and honour confirmed orders unless cancellation is permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

4. Orders and contract formation

A product listing is an invitation for a customer to place an order. Submitting checkout information and payment is an offer to purchase from the seller. An order is confirmed only when Crownmark Store records successful payment confirmation and issues an order confirmation.

We or the seller may reject or cancel an order before confirmation if a product is unavailable, information or pricing is materially incorrect, payment cannot be confirmed, fraud is suspected or the transaction would breach law. If money has been received for a cancelled order, the applicable amount will be refunded.

5. Prices, payment and receipts

The checkout review shows the product price, delivery charge and total before payment. Customers must provide complete and accurate payment and contact information.

Only payment methods displayed at checkout are available for that order. A method may involve a bank, payment service provider, KHQR flow or temporary manual confirmation process. We do not claim a payment integration is available unless it is shown in the live checkout.

Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks and processing times. Crownmark Store does not ask customers to disclose online-banking passwords, PINs or one-time passwords.

6. Delivery

Customers must provide an accurate Cambodian delivery address and reachable contact details. The seller is responsible for preparing and dispatching the order and may use a third-party delivery company.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed. A customer must notify us promptly if an order is delayed, missing, damaged or delivered incorrectly. Risk and ownership transfer as provided by applicable law and any clear term shown at checkout.

7. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by the Crownmark Store Cancellation and Refund Policy, the seller's lawful product-specific disclosures and applicable Cambodian law.

Nothing in these Terms or a seller listing excludes a consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Any limitation is interpreted only to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8. Seller settlement

Where Crownmark Store collects customer payments for a seller, amounts owed to the seller are calculated from successfully confirmed orders, less any disclosed fees, refunds, reversals, chargebacks or lawful adjustments.

Seller payout timing and the destination account shown in the seller dashboard apply. We may delay settlement while resolving fraud, refunds, disputes, compliance concerns or inconsistent payment records.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse Crownmark Store, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected information, impersonate another person, manipulate orders or payments, evade safeguards or use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

We may investigate, preserve relevant records, restrict content or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, sellers, Crownmark Store, payment partners or the public, or to comply with a lawful request.

10. Content and intellectual property

Sellers retain ownership of content they submit. A seller grants Crownmark Store a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, process, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure, promote and improve the seller's storefront and the service.

The Crownmark Store service, branding, software and original platform content remain owned by Crownmark Store or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights.

11. Privacy and data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, secure and retain personal information. Sellers may receive customer information only for order fulfilment, support, returns and legal obligations, and must protect it from unrelated use or disclosure.

12. Service availability and changes

We work to keep Crownmark Store secure and available, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Maintenance, security events, internet failures and third-party services may affect availability.

We may change or discontinue features where reasonably necessary. Material changes that affect existing obligations will be communicated through the service or by email when appropriate.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using Crownmark Store at any time. We may restrict or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful conduct, security or payment risk, harm to others, failure to complete required verification or a legal requirement.

Termination does not remove accrued payment, refund, return, confidentiality, record-retention or other obligations that by their nature continue.

14. Warranties and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Crownmark Store is provided on an as-available basis. We do not exclude guarantees, duties or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Crownmark Store is not liable for indirect or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or another liability that law does not allow us to limit.

15. Complaints and disputes

Contact hello@crownmark.store first with the order number or account details and a clear description of the concern. We will review the available records and work with the seller or relevant provider toward a fair resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, the parties may pursue remedies available through the competent Cambodian regulator or courts.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in law, the service or operating practices. The effective date identifies the current version. Where required, we will ask account holders to accept an updated version before continued use.
